Zenanzi Ndinani Organization (ZNO) successfully hosted the 4th Annual Back to School Drive at Vuyani Primary School. This meaningful initiative was made possible through the generous support of our partners: Too Much Wifi, Blue Ribbon, Yes Foundation, and Correctional Services. Together, we were able to provide 100 learners with essential Human Rights dignity packages, ensuring that they start their school year with confidence and dignity.
Each dignity package included:
- A pair of school shoes
- A shoe brush and shoe polish
- Toothpaste and a toothbrush
- Face soap
Additionally, each learner received a branded drawstring bag containing a lunchbox and a loaf of bread, kindly donated by Blue Ribbon. These items not only serve a practical purpose but also reinforce the importance of self-care, hygiene, and nourishment for young learners.
Upcoming Event: Celebrating a Milestone While Giving Back
On May 17th, ZNO will continue its mission of community support by visiting the Mother Accommodation Unit at Red Cross Hospital. In celebration of Zenanzi’s father’s 50th birthday, we will be distributing 101 care packages to parents staying at the unit. This initiative is a way to honor his legacy while extending kindness and support to families in need.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners and everyone who contributed to making the 4th ZNO Annual Back to School Drive a success. We look forward to continuing our journey of uplifting communities, one initiative at a time.
For those who wish to support or get involved in our upcoming events, please reach out to us. Together, we can continue making a difference!
